Rash Guard Manufacturing for BJJ, MMA and No-Gi Brands
Rash guards take a different kind of abuse than most training apparel — constant stretching, mat friction and repeated washing, all while needing to hold a sharp, edge-to-edge print. We manufacture rash guards on 4-way stretch poly-spandex knits, built to move with the body through grappling and striking rather than restricting it, with flatlock seams that lie flat against the skin instead of chafing under sustained contact.
Sublimation and Print Quality
Sublimation is dye-printed into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them, so full-panel designs, gradients and fine detail don’t crack, peel or fade the way screen-printed graphics can over repeated wash cycles. That’s what makes edge-to-edge sublimation practical for rash guards specifically — a design can run the full length of a sleeve or wrap a seam without a visible printed boundary.
Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve and Ranked Designs
We produce short sleeve and long sleeve cuts across the same base pattern, along with ranked rash guards that carry belt-level stripes or panels for academies and BJJ brands selling by grade. Sizing is graded in-house so a full run — men’s, women’s and kids where needed — stays proportionate rather than scaled unevenly from a single template.
Customization and Private Label
Beyond stock cuts, we handle full custom art, brand logos, sponsor panels and academy-specific designs, with the same sublimation process used whether the order is a single design run or a multi-style seasonal drop. Neck labels, hang tags and branded packaging are set up alongside production, so finished units arrive ready to sell rather than needing rebranding after the fact.
Quality Control
Each order is checked for panel alignment, seam strength, print sharpness and colorfastness before packing, matched against the approved pre-production sample rather than a general standard. Production runs under ISO 9001, WRAP and OEKO-TEX aligned practices, with GRS-certified recycled polyester available for brands wanting a lower-impact fabric option.
