Private Label Martial Arts Apparel, Built for Speed to Market
Private label works differently from a fully custom build — instead of developing a pattern from scratch, a brand takes styles we’ve already produced and proven (gis, rash guards, shorts, compression wear) and applies its own labels, tags, colorways and packaging on top. That shortcut matters for brands that need to get a range live quickly, test a new product line, or launch without committing to the longer development cycle a from-scratch design requires.
How Private Label Differs from OEM
Where a fully custom OEM order starts with your tech pack and builds a pattern around it, private label starts from patterns and constructions we already run in production. That means shorter sampling time, lower minimums, and pricing that reflects the reduced development work — while still giving you full control over branding, labeling and packaging. Brands that want a unique cut or construction typically start with OEM; brands that want to move fast on proven styles typically start here.
Branding and Packaging
Your branding carries through the full product — woven or printed neck labels, custom hang tags, care labels, barcodes and retail-ready or e-commerce-ready packaging are all set up as part of the order. Nothing ships with our name on it; what leaves the factory is built to go straight onto your shelf or storefront under your brand.
Low MOQs for Growing Brands
Because private label uses existing patterns rather than new development, minimum order quantities run lower than a full custom build — useful for startup brands testing a category, or established brands trialing a new product line before committing to bulk OEM production. Turnaround is faster for the same reason, since sampling and pattern grading are largely already done.
Quality Control
Every private label order goes through the same multi-point inspection as our OEM production — stitch density, sizing, print and finishing checked against the approved sample before packing. Production runs under ISO 9001, WRAP and OEKO-TEX aligned practices regardless of order size.
