Muay Thai Shorts Manufacturing for Brands and Gyms
Muay Thai shorts follow a construction tradition that’s stayed largely unchanged for decades — a wide, flared cut that allows full range of motion for high kicks and knee strikes, a low-rise waistband, and side slits that let the fabric move rather than restrict. We manufacture Muay Thai shorts to that traditional pattern, alongside more modern, slimmer-cut versions for brands wanting a contemporary look without losing the flexibility the sport demands.
Satin and Microfiber Construction
Satin remains the traditional fabric choice — it has the drape and sheen associated with Thai boxing shorts and takes embroidery cleanly along the waistband and leg. Microfiber offers a lighter, more breathable alternative for training use, with less sheen but similar flexibility, and holds up better to frequent washing than satin does. We produce both, so a brand can offer a traditional competition line alongside a more practical training range.
Embroidery and Printing
The waistband is where most Muay Thai branding lives — embroidered text, gym names and sponsor logos are worked directly into the satin or microfiber along the front and sides, following the layout buyers expect from the category. Full sublimated designs are also available for brands wanting graphic-heavy shorts rather than the traditional embroidered look.
Matching Tank Tops
For gyms and brands building a full kit rather than a single product, we produce matching tank tops in the same fabric and branding as the shorts, so a Muay Thai range can ship as a coordinated set rather than separate unrelated pieces.
Quality Control
Each pair is checked against the approved pre-production sample for seam strength, embroidery placement and fabric consistency before packing. Production runs under ISO 9001, WRAP and OEKO-TEX aligned practices.
