A judogi is built to take a different kind of stress than a BJJ gi — constant gripping, throwing and mat impact means the weave has to hold under repeated pulling force without stretching out of shape. We manufacture judo gis in single weave and double weave constructions, with heavier double-weave jackets suited to competition-level grip fighting and lighter single-weave options for training and warm-climate use.

Sizing and Federation Compliance

Judogi are cut to IJF-spec sizing and proportions, with sleeve length, jacket looseness and belt length falling within federation tolerances — a detail that matters for brands whose buyers compete at sanctioned events. Reinforced stitching at the collar, cuffs and stress points is built in from the pattern stage rather than added after quality issues show up in the field.

Customization and Private Label

For judo brands, academies and distributors building their own line, we handle custom embroidery, woven patches, belt sets and branded packaging alongside core production — a single design can run across adult and kids sizing with consistent construction throughout.

Quality Control

Each judogi is checked against the approved pre-production sample for weave weight, stitch density and panel alignment before packing. Production runs under ISO 9001, WRAP and OEKO-TEX aligned practices.
